The Glacier Queens girls hockey program will focus this season on building not only hockey skill, but also building strength, confidence, teamwork and life long relationships through the game of hockey. Our goal is to provide a fun, comfortable and competitive environment for these young female athletes to grow and thrive on and off the ice.

 

With a wide range of age groups, it opens up the opportunity for the older skaters to build relationships and mentor the younger skaters, which in turn will strengthen our hockey community.

 

The Glacier Queens practice once a week and have a goal of putting together multiple scrimmages with other all-girl teams on the Kenai Peninsula.

We look forward to a really fun season with our veteran Glacier Queens returning, as well as excitement for any new additions to the team.
