About Homer Hockey Association

“Homer Hockey Association is a non-profit organization that cultivates on-ice recreation of all kinds, for all ages, on the Lower Kenai Peninsula. “

The Homer Hockey Association owns and operates the Kevin Bell Arena on the Homer spit. We are a 501 (c ) (3) non profit organization run by volunteers in the community.

We have a regulation sized 200′ x 85′ indoor rink located on the spectacular Homer Spit.  The facility is equipped with a heated lobby, concessions stand, heated bathrooms, four locker rooms (two wet and two dry), a skate fitting room, and a skate sharpening room. Outside the rink boasts an incredible view of Kachemak Bay, Cook Inlet, and their mountains, glaciers, and volcanoes.

We provide a variety of ice activities for all ages including public skate, hockey, figure skating, curling, broomball, birthday parties, school, and private rentals. Skate rental and sharpening are also available.

It is only through the incredible volunteer efforts of community members that Homer Hockey Association and the Kevin Bell Arena exist and remain today.
